Three ways to pay for the same site, one line per site on a single invoice, a 30-day money-back guarantee, and a cancel button that's actually immediate.
Lemonade Host bills per site, on whichever of two intervals you pick, with a 30-day money-back guarantee on any new payment and a cancellation button that takes effect immediately — no call, no retention offer.
| Interval | Works out to | You pay | How often |
|---|---|---|---|
| Yearly | 99¢ / month | $11.88 | Once a year |
| Monthly | $2.99 / month | $2.99 | Every month |
Every interval buys an identical site — same storage, same bandwidth, same everything. The only difference is how often money changes hands; fewer payments mean less handed to the card networks, which is why yearly costs less per month than monthly.
Billing is per site, not per account. One subscription holds every site you run, and each site is its own line on a single invoice — three sites is one charge with three lines, never three separate charges.
Add a site and a new line appears on the same invoice, at the same interval as your other sites. Remove a site and its line disappears, and future billing for it stops — but the site stays live through the end of the term you already paid for, and there's no credit for the unused portion.
Any new payment is covered for 30 days. Ask within that window and we refund it — no reason required, no form to fill out, and no attempt to talk you out of it.
Cancelling is a button in your account. It takes effect immediately: no confirmation call, no "are you sure" discount offer, no multi-step retention flow. Your site stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then the subdomain is released.
On a yearly plan we email you 30 days before the charge, with the exact amount and a direct link to stop the renewal. On a monthly plan you get a reminder once a year on your subscription’s anniversary — the amount, the next charge date, and the same cancel link. Nobody on Lemonade Host goes a year without hearing from us about what they’re paying. Your billing page always shows the next date too. If you switch intervals, that change applies at your next renewal.
