Domain Registration Agreement

Effective date: October 13, 2026 · Version 2026-10-27.1

This Domain Registration Agreement ("Domain Agreement") is between the customer/registrant and Analytix Media LLC, doing business as Lemonade Host ("Lemonade Host"). Lemonade Host resells registration services provided by our ICANN-accredited registrar partner (the registrar of record shown in your domain's public registration record), the registrar of record at launch. You can identify the registrar of record for your domain at any time through a public registration lookup such as https://lookup.icann.org, and we will tell you on request. By registering, renewing, transferring, restoring, or managing a domain through Lemonade Host, you agree to this Domain Agreement and the incorporated domain rules described below.

1. Registrant information and authority

You represent that you are the registrant or are authorized to act for the registrant. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration and contact information, keep it updated, and complete registrar or registry verification when requested. Failure to maintain or verify required information may result in suspension, cancellation, transfer restrictions, or other action required by the registrar, registry, ICANN, or applicable law. If you provide personal information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and have given any notice or obtained any consent required by law.

2. Registration and domain availability

A domain search or order does not guarantee registration. Registration becomes effective only after the registrar and applicable registry accept and confirm the registration and all required fees are paid. A domain may become unavailable, be reserved, premium-priced, restricted, rejected, or subject to special eligibility or documentation requirements. Lemonade Host is not responsible for a domain that cannot be registered or maintained because of registrar, registry, ICANN, top-level-domain, legal, payment, verification, or third-party requirements.

3. Fees, renewal, expiration, and recovery

Registration and renewal terms and prices are those disclosed for the applicable transaction, subject to later renewal-price changes. If automatic renewal is enabled, Lemonade Host may charge the payment method on file for renewal at the applicable disclosed renewal price unless automatic renewal is turned off in time for the renewal to be stopped. Renewal and expiration notices are sent electronically to the account or registrant contact information on file as required by applicable domain rules. You are responsible for keeping that information and your payment method current.

If a domain is not renewed, it may expire, stop resolving, enter a grace or redemption period, be deleted, or be registered by another person. Grace and redemption periods vary by domain extension and are not guaranteed. Recovery may require additional renewal, registry, restoration, or redemption fees and may not be possible. Current renewal, post-expiration, and restoration/redemption fees will be made available as required by applicable domain rules.

4. Transfers and changes of registrant

You may transfer an eligible domain subject to applicable registrar, registry, ICANN, and top-level-domain rules, including applicable transfer locks. For a requested change of registrant, you authorize the registrar and, where applicable, Lemonade Host to act as a Designated Agent solely to approve or confirm the change on your behalf to the extent permitted by the ICANN Transfer Policy. Additional verification may be required. A change of registrant may result in a transfer lock where required by applicable policy.

5. Domain privacy, DNS, and email services

A domain privacy or proxy service may mask or substitute eligible registration contact information in public domain-registration directories where supported. It does not make a registration anonymous and may be unavailable, suspended, or disclosed where required or permitted by registrar or registry policy, ICANN requirements, dispute procedures, abuse or security investigations, legal process, or applicable law. DNS, SSL, email forwarding, and mailbox services may be operated through third-party providers and are subject to reasonable technical, security, sending, filtering, and abuse controls.

You represent, to the best of your knowledge and belief, that the registration and use of your domain do not infringe another person's legal rights. Domains are subject to applicable ICANN and registry dispute procedures, including the UDRP and URS where applicable, as well as court orders and other mandatory procedures. Lemonade Host, the registrar, or the registry may lock, suspend, cancel, transfer, disclose registration information, or take other required or permitted action in response to disputes, infringement, fraud, phishing, malware, unlawful activity, sanctions, abuse, security threats, nonpayment, legal process, or violations of applicable domain policies. You agree to indemnify applicable registry operators and their personnel to the extent required by applicable registry or ICANN rules.

7. Payments, chargebacks, and refunds

A payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, or payment failure does not create a right to a refund for a successfully completed domain registration or renewal and does not eliminate amounts lawfully owed. Lemonade Host may restrict related account or Domain Services while an unpaid balance or payment dispute remains unresolved, subject to applicable law and registrar or registry requirements. Refund eligibility is governed by the Lemonade Host Refund and Cancellation Policy and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

8. Incorporated domain rules and registrant rights

You agree to comply with the registrar's domain registration agreement and other applicable registrar policies, ICANN consensus policies, registry rules, and top-level-domain requirements that apply to your domain, as amended from time to time. These rules may change independently of Lemonade Host. The registrar is the registrar of record for launch registrations. ICANN registrant information is available at:

Registrar terms and policies: https://lemonadehost.com/legal/registrar-terms/. To the extent a domain-specific rule requires a jurisdiction, procedure, or remedy different from the general Lemonade Host Terms, the required domain-specific rule applies only to that domain matter.

9. Relationship to Lemonade Host Terms

The Lemonade Host Terms of Service remain part of this Domain Agreement. Their warranty disclaimers, third-party-service provisions, indemnity provisions, dispute provisions, governing-law provisions, and limitations of liability apply to Domain Services except where a mandatory domain-specific rule or non-waivable law requires otherwise. Questions about Lemonade Host Domain Services may be sent to [email protected].
