Anything made of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and fonts — files a browser can read directly. Portfolios, brochure sites, documentation, landing pages, and anything exported from a site builder all qualify. What doesn't run here is server-side code: no PHP, no Node processes, no databases, no scheduled jobs.

A few seconds once your files reach the front of the queue. Deploys publish in the order they arrive, so a straightforward upload is live — routed, cached and SSL-checked — well before you've switched back to your browser tab.

Whichever matches how you already work. Connect a Git repository and every push republishes the site; drag a zip into the browser; run npx lemonade deploy from the CLI; or connect the MCP server so an AI assistant can publish on your behalf. All four land in exactly the same place, and you can switch between them whenever you like.

It means we plan for up to roughly seven hours of downtime in a month on a site served from Cloudflare's global edge. That's the honest number for what this costs, and we'd rather publish it than claim something we can't hold to.

Yes, for an extra 99¢ a month on any site — $1.98 a month all-in. That covers the SSL certificate and its renewals, plus step-by-step DNS instructions that work for both the apex domain and www. Every site also gets a free subdomain, with SSL, at no extra cost.

Not yet. Buy your domain at any registrar and point it at us — the instructions take about five minutes. In-flow domain registration is on the roadmap.

Any time, from the same panel you added it in. Detach one domain and attach another whenever you like — there's no fee for changing your mind and nothing to wait out.

Two reasons. At 99¢ there's nothing for a free tier to funnel people toward, and free hosting is what attracts phishing and spam — the real cost of running cheap hosting. Asking for a real card up front keeps that out, which keeps the price down for everyone else.
