Two forms below route straight to the right inbox. For anything else, email us directly.
Every message is read by a person — no ticket queue, no auto-reply pretending to be one.
Pricing questions and general limits are usually already answered on the pricing page or the FAQ — worth a look before you write in.
Two forms, two purposes
Pick the one that matches what you need. Each posts to its own inbox rather than a shared queue, so it reaches the right place without you having to say so.
Pricing, deploying, a custom domain, account questions, or anything else about the product not already covered elsewhere.
A site on Lemonade Host breaking the acceptable use policy — spam, phishing, malware, or anything else it covers.
What happens next
Nothing fancy on our end either — just three plain steps.
Either form above, or the email address at the top of this page — all three routes land in the same place.
Not a bot, not a script sorting keywords for an auto-reply — someone here actually reads what you wrote, start to finish.
Straight back to the email address you gave us, written by the same person who read your message.
Filing an abuse report
Three things make a report actionable instead of a guessing game.
The exact URL of the page, not just the site name. A plain sentence describing what's wrong. A screenshot, if you have one — reply to the confirmation email with it attached once the form's gone through. None of that is strictly required — even a URL and one sentence is enough to start — but the more specific the report, the less back-and-forth it takes to check it against the acceptable use policy and act on it.
Before you write in
The exact URL of the page, not just the site name, and a plain description of what's wrong. A screenshot helps if you have one, though it isn't required. It's all covered in more detail in the acceptable use policy.
Either form works, or the email address above — mention the site and we'll handle it under the refund policy: any payment within 30 days, refunded automatically, no reason required. The same policy covers what happens if you remove a site instead.
No. Everything runs through email and the two forms above — that's the whole support channel, and it's enough for a site that's mostly just files.
Join the list instead — one email, and nothing else to fill in until there's something to tell you.
