Where does the money go?

Straight into your own payment account, in your name. Refunds and payouts happen there. We never hold your money.

Do I need a payment account already?

No. When you connect, you sign in to your payment provider or open an account in a few minutes, and the account is yours.

What do I need before I can connect?

Your site needs to be published and live on a domain of your own. You can install the app and set up Shop any time before that; only connecting your payment account waits.

Which apps use it?

Shop takes its payments through Lemonade Payments today. Turn it on once and the apps that need it just work.

Can several of my sites use one payment account?

Yes. Connect it on one site, then pick it from the list on the next one.

What does Beta mean?

It works, and we are still polishing it. If something looks odd or you want something it does not do yet, tell us. The label comes off when we are happy with it.
