What your site stores

Your site already stores real data

Contact forms, bookings and a cart come with every site, and each of them keeps what people send you — messages, appointments and orders, right where you can read them. Richer, custom data of your own is the next piece being built.

Where it stands

Collecting today, storing more next

Most sites need to keep exactly three things: a message, a time, and an order. All three are here now. Here's that, and what follows it.

Forms, bookings and a cart

Included

Every message, appointment and order is kept with your site and waiting for you to read — no second service, no embed code from somewhere else, no extra bill.

Richer custom data

Building next

A small store of your own, attached to a site, for the things a form or a booking doesn't cover — shaped as the same flat, small add-on as a custom domain.

The announcement

Waitlist

Shows up on this page, and in your inbox if you're on the list, the day it's available — with the price on it.

Nothing extra to wire up. A message from your contact form, an appointment someone booked, an order that went through the cart — all three are stored with the site and shown to you in one place. No third-party endpoint to point a form at, no separate account to keep, and nothing added to the 99¢.

Built in

The three things a site needs to collect

Drop one onto a page in the editor and it works from the first publish — the entries land in your account, and the rest of the site, however you publish it from the editor, Git, a folder, the CLI or your assistant, carries on exactly as it is.

Why it stays 99¢

Handled once, for everyone

Anything that has to run around the clock — patched, backed up and scaled on our end — is most of what makes an ordinary website cost nine dollars a month instead of one. So the things nearly every site needs are built once and given to everyone: forms, bookings and the cart. That's the same discipline that keeps daily copies and the padlock included rather than upsold, and it holds the price at 99¢ a site. The next piece is meant to extend that without disturbing it — a small, flat add-on, not a different and more expensive product.
